Glen Davidson

A first career as a Commercial Pilot explains Glen's passion and aptitude for Aviation and his natural curiosity for the relationship of complex moving parts. Ambitiously gaining his pilot's licence prior to his car licence, he enjoyed over 10 years flying, particularly in Far North Queensland, gaining an appreciation for our beautiful regional landscape and communities.

With a desire to broaden his passions, Glen chose a new career in Engineering (BEng. Mech. UQ) and later Project Management (CPPM). This change afforded him the opportunity to contribute to the success of many diverse projects across multiple industries. This included: Aviation, Defence (Land, Air & Sea), Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Mining/Resources.

A respected Executive Leader and Director of TDC (est. 2009), and  Rotary Australia Board Member (volunteer), Glen has honed his expertise for over 20 years, working with local, national, and global, multi-disciplinary companies. He has lead and built teams managing internal and external consultants.

​

Glens' ability to move into a project at any stage of its life and review, assess, consult, and implement strategies for successful outcomes; quickly adapt to multiple industries; work with single or multiple projects simultaneously and build strong relationships with all stakeholders are some of his strengths.

​

Glens commitment to continuous improvement has led to the team development of the 'TDC Success Model' for Project Management, which is the guide for all our services. Consistent application of this model along with adaptation of new techniques and technologies will ensure TDC meet the vision of becoming a recognised leader in our field, both in Australia and Internationally.

Business Manager

Adena Davidson

Originally indulging her creative passions, Adena commenced her early formal career in the Design field (Architectural Drafting and more). Working in design, provided an enriching environment in which to expand her critical design thinking, considering form, function, purpose and practical application. The technical intricacies and processes required to produce a finished product proved a path of invaluable learning.

Having long-held a desire to be a business owner, Adena started to shift her next stage career into more formal business studies and experiences, retraining in Human Resources. This next stage saw her work both within diverse businesses and with clients across multiple small and large industries including Construction, Universities & other Tertiary & Secondary Education, Local, State and Federal Government as well as Transport, Logistics, Finance and Healthcare.

A respected and highly competent manager, saw her gain success in winning bids (tenders), designing projects and winning proposals as well as managing small teams and consulting to internal and external client groups.

As the Business Manager of TDC since 2009, Adena has broadened her range of business skills in order manage the many functions of the business operations.

Always seeking to improve, employ innovative solutions and focus on both the 'whole of business' landscape as well as the details along the way, Adena thrives on providing an exceptional experience for the client and providing a supportive and enriching environment for the TDC team.
